STYLO
I must say I have always loved the Gorillaz. I mean who doesn't love amazing musicians drawn as a comicly STD filled Rock Stars who travel around the world? I know I do!

STYLO - The Gorillaz First Single from their upcoming Album Plastic Beach - Doesn't Disappoint, It features Bobby Womack & Mos Def who give the track some sick rhymes combined with amazing beats that just makes you want to bob your head and flee from some cops. The video, which came out today, does exactly what you want it to. It's a mix of Live action shots with 3D CGI mixed in, and with a cameo that only the Gorillaz are able to pull off, which makes it one of my favorite Gorillaz video so far.

But check this out - one of the awesome things is: that the track has been out for a while! This way other artists have been able to do remixes for it - one of my favorites (which is also a free download I might add) - makes something so true to the original and yet add more kick ass rhymes that you might like it more than Album version.

Now what about the rest of the Album you ask? Well my internet friends & followers, it's smooth, groovy, and why don't you add another 50's Beat inspired adjetive here, because this album doesn't disappoint! It has something for everyone, from your "Gangsta" inspired kid from the "hood" to your 37 year old suburban house dad who remember's his college years as "the best times of his life." Although the album isn't schedule to be released for a couple of other weeks you can hear it all in its entirety (legally I might add) on the NPR website, so give that a listen.
